EHS Manager环境健康安全经理

 

工作职责:

1、Participates in the selection of employees within EHS group, plans for future needs, and works to fill vacancies; 参与EHS 部门员工的选拔, 为将来人才发展制定计划;

2、Influencing leaders to promote proactive work place health and safety management systems;影响管理层建立一个积极的工作场所,健康安全的管理环境;

3、Collaborates in industry and governmental EHS activities to share knowledge, influence decision making, and promote brand; 配合行业和政府的环境安全健康活动,和员工分享最新的知识,给管理层的决定提供积极的建议同时提升公司品牌;

4、Facilitates transfer of EHS knowledge; 环境安全健康的传播;

5、Provides technical and regulatory compliance expertise and support; 在技术和法律法规方面提供专业的建议和支持;

6、Develops plan for EHS in newly acquired businesses and at new sites while under construction; 在施工阶段为新的业务提供环境安全健康的工作计划;

7、Implement of the safety audit annually; 实施年度安全审计;

8、Ensures accident and incident investigation; 调查事故;

9、Implement Behaviors Based Safety; 实施行为安全观察;

10、Ensures all regulations (Cargill and country) are followed and reports to government and Cargill are accurate and timely.  Leads negotiation of business critical governmental authorizations and disputes; 严格执行嘉吉公司和当地政府的相关规定同时及时准确的进行汇报. 负责安全争议的解决.

 

任职条件:

1、4 years or above science or engineering degree; 本科学历,工科专业;

2、5-10 years EHS management experience relevant to industrial processing or proven capability to work on this level. 生产型企业5-10年的EHS 管理经验;

3、Fluent Mandarin 良好的普通话;

4、Hi level of written and verbal English 英语流利表达;

5、Familiar with country and local regulations 熟知国家和当地的法规;

6、Understanding of mechanical, chemical and process operation 清楚机械和化学生产工艺;

7、ISO/other certification 持有ISO 等相关证书

8、Leadership skills: basis Integrity /conviction/courage　具有诚实/信念/勇气

15、Ability to manage and lead multiple matters /projects simultaneously　同时管理多个项目;

16、International experience  国际化工作背景;

17、Training skills　可以进行培训的能力;

18、Plant operation experience　在运营工厂的工作经验.
