Identity & Access Management Consultant

Job description:
  • You will work with team to provide identity and access management (IAM) services for maintenance, troubleshooting and IAM system operation. You’ll also be the one working with customers to review and report the existing applications in IAM system.
  • The working procedures/processes, such as incident/request handling, escalation, issue follow up, are very important and should be followed in your daily work.
  • Working hours is from 9:00- 17:30 and we provide flexible working hour.
NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.

Your profile:
  • A bachelor/Master degree in IT field is a plus.
  • You have good knowledge of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Can work independently under pressure.
  • Fast leaner and potential development.
  • Strong IT fundamental knowledge for further development.
  • Basic knowledge of relational database concept is required.
  • Familiar with SQL Server and Microsoft is a plus.
