IT Monitoring Consultant

Job description:
  • You will work with team to use a variety of IT monitoring tools to monitor networks, servers, databases, applications etc… so that you will know how IT runs for enterprise, and be maintained by NNIT.
  • You will work closely with technical specialist to solve problems notified from monitoring tools.
  • We provides 24*7*365 monitoring service, thus you will work on different shifts with other colleagues (morning shift, night shift, weekend/holiday shift).
  • The working procedures/processes, such as incident/request handling, escalation, issue follow up, are very important and should be followed in your daily work.
  • Working hours is from 9:00- 17:30 and we provide flexible working hour.
NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.

Your profile:
  • A bachelor degree in IT field is a plus.
  • You have good knowledge of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Can work independently under pressure.
  • Fast leaner and potential development.
  • Strong IT fundamental knowledge for further development.
