Job Descriptions:

We are looking for technical consultant to work on application technical support in the Life Science industry. You will work with highly skilled developers and supporters and other teams abroad.

• 1. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and creative implementation
• 2. Test activities and documentation
• 3. Methodology and quality assurance
• 4. Technical support, configuration and validation of different applications
• 5. Incident and problem management in accordance with ITIL framework
• 6. Analysis skills on issues and problems and provide appropriate solutions

Job Requirements:

Technical skills:

• Long higher education and minimum 5 years development experience
• Know main computer languages and able to review code based on requirement
• Good knowledge of software development processes and methods
• Good at documentation and testing
• Development experience is an advance
• Knowledge on SharePoint 2010 or SharePoint 2013 development will be a plus

Non-technical skills:

• Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
• Good communication skills
• Good team work spirit
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Be proactive and willing to take different challenges
• Be flexible with working hours. You should be in good health condition
