Operation manager

Operations managers plan, direct and coordinate the operations of a physical or virtual organization. The operations manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various service lines in the organization.

Deliverables - Coordinate and monitor the work from various departments involved in production. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure service quality and KPIs. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Incident, problem and change management. Ensure the completed shift handover.

Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency from different service departments. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions. Be the SPOC to communicate with customer on

Awareness – Experience of working in multicultural organization. Awareness of culture difference and respect to it. Good sense of customer focus. Willing to take challenge. Able to do shift work.

Knowledge - Long Higher education, Bachelor/Master and min. 3 years of work experience. Fluent oral and written English. Is capable of combining theory and organisational practice. Has experience to practise ITIL in IT operation. Has experience with multiple disciplines within a function.
