Introduction
Scope International (China) Co.,
Ltd., part of Standard Chartered Bank Group, is an
integral part of the Bank’s strategy to consolidate and
rationalize operations into Shared Services Centers. The
facility in Tianjin is one of five centres that the Bank
has set up, the others being in Malaysia, India, Kenya
and Ghana, and which today services all 56 countries of
the Standard Chartered Group processing over 80 million
transactions a year.
The operations in Scope Tianjin will range across all types
of banking operations to finance and accounting
services. Scope International has adopted IDEAL as the
