EF英孚教育的全称是"Education First"， 1965年由瑞典人Bertil Hult创办。旗下有16个下属机构及非盈利性组织，提供各种教育类课程，包括语言学习、留学旅游、学位课程以及文化交流等。2015年正值英孚教育50周岁生日，本着"教育，让世界无界"的使命 ，EF帮助了各年龄和国籍的人成为世界公民。

EF英孚教育自创立之日起一直走在英语教育的前端，如今已跃居为全球最大的私人教育机构，在全球50多个国家设立了400多所培训中心，员工多达40,000多人，帮助了1500多万学员，已经把世界变成了一个英语大课堂。
