NNIT was established as an independent company from Novo Nordisk in 1999 yet still owned by Novo Nordisk. NNIT is one of Denmark’s leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations. Today, NNIT has more than 2,200 employees and a turnover in 2013 of DKK 2,200 million, which represents a growth of 9% compared to the previous year. Our operating profit in 2013 was DKK 246 million.

NNIT has 6 foreign affiliates and offices outside Denmark, including NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co. Ltd. The others are SAP Backup Center in the Czech Republic, Microsoft Development Center in the Philippines, sales agency in Switzerland, and affiliates in Germany and U.S.

The official establishment of NNIT（Tianjin）Technology Co. Ltd on 26 September 2007 marked its becoming the third foreign office of NNIT. Our domestic and foreign customers are mainly from the pharmaceutical, drug and food industries to whom we provide the latest and professional IT service compatible with the global standards. We have more than 600 employees in our China office and we plan to increase the number to 1100 by 2020.

NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co. Ltd is owned by Novo Nordisk A/S, and with roots in the pharmaceutical industry we supply services that meet the industry’s highest requirements for quality and standardisation.
